My friend's credit card information has changed, but she cannot update it on the website (only postal code can be entered), and she is unable to log in through the app - keeps taking her back to the log in screen.
How can the credit card info be updated, and why is this so hard?

Thanks, logging into the app on another phone worked.

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.
You can also try with PM app (with locator on). If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different credit card (if available). Or try a different device.
