What's advice when SIM card has not shown up?

Ordered SIM card over two weeks ago.  When I try to put in a support ticket I get an error.

If I can't resolve quickly then I just want to cancel and get a refund.

Any advice?

Good question...you won't be billed anything until you successfully activate your new Public Mobile account.

could take up to 3 weeks for arrival. You could use this link to message Customer Support to confirm if they've sent it.

added..alternative is to get one on Amazon or check if you have a local Mobile Klinik in your area.
