Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hi Community

 

I cannot  make calls or send texts.  I CAN recieve calls.

REcently ported from Bell on eSIM. 

I have powered off/on...switch airplace mode off/on...checke esim and it matches whats on the phone.

Im unsure what else to do

Can someone provice a link to enter a service ticket? Can't seem to do that either

can you check if your Bell esim is disabled?  check it on your phone, go to Sim Manager page

and make sure the Public Mobile sim is set as Primary and enabled

if you need PM to help, you can open ticket by message

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
