My number is unassigned and I can’t file a ticket

HI @Berndog 

Unassigned means you lost your number?  Is your service currently suspended?  how long has it been suspended?  If suspended for over 90 days, then it is normal that the account is closed and your number is gone.

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC, enter the phone number and check what the recording says
