Hi everyone,
I am looking to switch to the $40/month plan (currently on $150 for 90 days). If I switch now do I get any kind of credit? Or can I only switch closer to renewal?

@rodolfomartinez To add to what's already been mentioned, besides no proration for immediate plan changes, you will also forfeit any rewards being applied to an immediate plan as well. Scheduling the plan change at next renewal will have the rewards applied as normal.

@rodolfomartinez This is a prepaid service, so no refunds on unused portion. Set your new plan to activate on plan renewal so you don't lose the money you've paid already. If you choose to change plan immediately you'll lose any credit you've already paid.

You will Not get any credit for unused days, data or minutes.
Best way is to Schedule plan change on next renewal. Do not do change plan Now unless you used all data/minutes and are ready to forfeit outstanding dayas/data/minutes.

@rodolfomartinez Switch on renewal so you don’t los out in current cycle and you get to keep your old rewards to I can confirm this as I just makes the switch my self

@rodolfomartinez you won't get credit if you switch before your current 90 days cycle ends. So, please schuele a plan change using the option Change plan renewal date
