@RobertRussell just making a payment doesn't reactivate an account automatically.
Did you choose the Reactivate Button? Ensure there is not outstanding amount showing that is owed.

close all browsers and clear cache/cookies/open in private mode, from computer. Log in and
you can press reactivate/resume services. and at the top of the cart, tap on it and continue until payment is taken from the credit card. and reboot device.

reboot the phone first and see if service resumed
Login My Account again using Incognito mode and confirm if status is now Active. If not, chexk if the find still showing in Available Fund. Also, check Payment history to confirm PM took the money and used it towards renewal
