Someone please help. My sons phone was suspended for no funds however I have auto withdrawals set up and payment day isn’t until tomorrow. He said his phone has been like this for days but just mentioned it this morning

Please login to your account and enable AutoPay or you can purchase a voucher at these location and dial 611 and enter the voucher number:

HI @LM1981 Look like Autopay failed.
you just need to login My Account and pay
if you forgot your login, you can also get a voucher and load voucher using *611 if you don't want to wait for password reset

@LM1981 PM cycle is 30 days and not monthly
Also, if it says something like Current Plan Cycle: Jan 07, 2023 - Feb 06, 2023, the renewal date is actually on Feb 06.
So, it could be the one day confusion there.

Autopay may fail, although it shouldn't
Make a manual payment, then reactivate the account in My Account.
If this was an autopay failure I'd let the customer support people know. Submit a ticket through Simon Bot at bottom of page.
