Not really a question but just wanted to say how happy I am with the service. I just ported my number from Freedom for the exact same US-Canada $50/month plan. The number transfer was completed in 20 minutes. I just followed the instructions in the Public Mobile app to complete the process without any drama.

The improvement in reception and data speed is easily over 10x improved compared to Freedom. I live in central Calgary and I could never get over 6-7Mbps with Freedom. I just did a speed test with Public Mobile and hit 99.9Mbps on LTE+ using a Samsung Note 10+. I am just waiting on my S23 Ultra to finally get on the 5G bandwagon. Thank you Public Mobile!

Yes, with Community, people always come here and seek help with their problem.  Very rarely people share their good experience.  Like we see people posted autopay failure and ask for help, but that could be just 1% of those, and the other 99% of autopay success will not come and share their good epxerience.   So, we need more positive posts like this and not always just posts about complain about PM and Telus  🙂

@scooby9  That’s great to hear and wonderful feed back , your not alone I think PM is the best cell provider on earth . Been here since 2018 and see no chances of ever leaving . The competition just doesn’t compare
