I have been with Public Mobile for years (Long enough to be royally pi$$ed about the rewards being clawed back) Same number. No changes. Suddenly this afternoon I lost phone service. It keeps saying "Not registered on network." Texts bounce back. Is this somehting to do with the clawback? Are they disconnecting long-term customers?

Hello. I did do that yesterday, along with removing and replacing the SIM - No joy. But today it's working again, so I assume it was a Public Mobile issue. (I do wish the company had sent a meesage saying there would be a disruption. I would have just waited and saved a lot of stress and fiddling about!) Cheers!

Sorry, don't know what a bank charge back is. Definitely didn't ask for one.

from another phone, call 1-855-4PUBLIC , check if your accounts still active
pull your sim card and reinsert, or if you have another phone, better test the PM sim there
