It looks like my plan was supposed to end January 30, but my phone seems to be working still. I’m going from Canada to the US so I wanted to know if my phone will still work or do I need to get the add on. This is my current plan. Thanks

@Happy10 I think that "ends Jan 30*" just means that the plan was on offer until Jan 30th, and once you have it it will continue to renew at that rate.

Yes the above picture is my current plan. What I’m worried about is underneath the amount that the plan is it states it ends January 30. My plan automatically renews February 3rd. However will I have to get a different plan if this plan is ending?

@Happy10 If your plan current ended on the 30th, it still works because you are most likely set up for auto-renew (default upon sign up) This avoids lapses in service. Hope this answers that part of the question.

hi @Happy10 what plan do you have?? do you have that $35 plan you posted? or you just want that plan?
if you don't have that Canada US plan, you will have to buy the US roaming add-on
give us more info

@Happy10 with your plan (Can-US-Mex) you do not need any other add-ons. Just make sure you have Data roaming turned on your phone and enjoy everything as if you were back in Canada, no surprise charges.
You should be connecting to either T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon. If you find that the one you are connecting to is not working right, try manually connecting to one of the others listed above but in general you should be good. Some have also had issues with 5G and reported switching their phone setting to 4G helped, but again, don't change anything unless you have issues
