I changed my subscription on Dec. should be getting 50 gigs. Paying $35 a month for 50 gigs. When I check my account usage it still shows 15 gigs but has not been updated since Dec 2???im paying for 50 gigs but accou t still shows 15 gigs a month

To refresh the app, try pulling down on the screen with app open, if that fails, and you rely on the app for updated info, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.

incognito worked. Shows proper subscription. Weird how PM app continues to show my old subscription since Dec2??? How does that change?

Try to use computer, clear browser, clear cookies.
Confirm how much your current plan cost and confirm that plan comes with 50GB

probably just a browser or app cache problem. Login My Account again using browser's Incognito mode and check agian
if it still shows wrong, ask PM to check.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
