There was an error activating my subscription, step 6. Ported my number and my old carrier cancelled but I still can’t use my phone off data and I can’t figure out how to rectify.

@HM10 it likely a problem with sim provisioning. Easy fix for PM support but you need to engage them by direct message. Private message CS Agent at:
