Hi,
I got the 75gb Canada-Us promo and prepaid for 90 days.
tried calling the us and can’t get the call through.
my account now says I only have canada wide voice.
also not sure about us data roaming now.
What to do?

The $40/75GB Canada/US plan was a 30 day subscription only. However, there are a few reports from other users who were presented with a 90 day option for that plan (even though it wasn't advertised), only to find out later that it was Canada only. It as a glitch that shouldn't have been offered.
You'll need to contact customer service via the chat bot to ask for the $40/75Gb Can/US plan that you initially signed up for.

the plan details are not clear sometimes. If you have a Canada-US plan, for sure you can call US for free
try to call with a 1 in front of the 10 digits, and try calling without a 1 as well, see which one works.
Try calling different US numbers, different states
if you still cannot make the calls to use, check with support agent.
