I messaged CS_Agent about a day ago and they haven’t responded yet. Are they off on the weekends?

eSIM should work I would think, I did eSIM for multiple iPhones ranging from XR and newer in the fall.  Hope you hear back soon.

I sent two other follow-ups and nothing yet. No reply it’s been 24 hours. And I’m trying to activate a plan using esim. I have an iPhone 13 and it’s an esim device. However I’m receiving an error that my device is not esim compatible although it is.

@Sofia_Barci - Some CS_Agents are at a peak. I haven't gotten a reply yet.

My reply hasn't gotten through to them yet about moving community accounts over. (Changing the godoflife20 email to something different than My Account - then link the fixin community account with My Account.)

@Sofia_Barci  No they work 7days a week 9am-10PM EST usually they reply in 1-2 hours but sometimes they can take up to 1-2 days . But 

After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box
