Hi @dust2dust

Fair.  using phone keyboard is hard and it's easy to make typos, keys are too close fovsfhet5  Also, the smart keyboard will try to guess and remember your frequently used words and correct it,  including typos.  So, auto-correct is a double bladed sword.

I guess my point earlier was don't focus on typos, we are adults, we don't need being constantly pointed out on little things like this. If you want to be nice, use  private message.

🙂

Sometimes I think it’s auto correct . Because I’m sure before I hit send sometimes every thing looks fine and then I have several typos

@hTideGnow- No hard feeling felt. I'm no delicate flower, I can take some feedback when warranted. If a typo makes me laugh I might make a joke of it. I make my own typos too. I don't good right English proper neither on occasion. Obviously ESL comes into things as well. Fine. In this most recent case I just had to figure out how Oman was written instead of plan. I could see fat finger typing okan. But to go to the effort of typing the capital O and a letter down and over a little made me have to ask.
As we found out in an earlier typo, some mobile browsers don't have spell check. But then as we all know spell check isn't perfect either. Oman is spelled correctly so that wouldn't show as incorrect. So how did it get typed. That's all I was after.

hi @dust2dust

First, just a comment

I don't know how @Handy1 sees it.  But you picked on his spelling more than once.  I think it is not nice to your fellows here.  After, some spellings does not matter, we are human. This time you picks on spelling, and next will be punctuation, and grammer. We are here just to help and not really getting our Eng Lit. major here.   And, It usually leads unnecessary arguments.  I guess we can just ignore it, or maybe suggest PM to setup auto-correct for all of us?

Again, no hard feeling!

@Curtis9  You can change  it back to that Oman for next renewal

@Handy1- How did you manage to type a capital O instead of a lower p and an m over and down from an l? It puzzles me seeing typos and wonder how they happen.

@Curtis9- Yes that can happen. Did it say you could reply to correct it? You would have needed to log in to your account to undo the scheduled plan that it automatically sets up. I would keep it for now and as suggested set up a plan change for your next renewal.

I received a text a few days ago offering a subscription change and hit the yes button in error.  I sent a text immediately to correct my mistake but the change went through 2 days ago.  My payments are automatic, so, yes, I paid the first payment for the change.  My precious plan is still available.

If your old plan is still available, just schedule a plan change back into it at next renewal.

@Curtis9  You can change  it back to that plan for next renewal . Or ask support if they can reverse it for you if it just happened by accident

Did you choose change now? Did you pay for the mistaken change? Is your previous plan still an available plan?
