Hi,
I have 2 lines subscribed to the $34/50G CA and US plan that's is supposed to be active after the plan renewal. My subscription renewed today but I still am on the old plan. What can I do?

check My Account using Incognito plan to confirm. Also, check if PM charged you the correct plan amount on Payment history https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history
if they charged you $34 but still showing wrong plan on Incognito mode, Please open ticket with PM support:
