HI @JaneXia 

you meant you don't want to use your account any more?

if you know the account pin, just dial *611 and disable Autopay.  No more renewal at the end of your current cycle and the account will be closed after 90 days

or you can login to My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed

a bit more info please. Are you taking your number to different network or finished with PM and the number ?

If you want to change your existing phone number you can easily do this on your account page by selecting a new number. If on the other hand you no longer want to be with PM then just don't pay to renew your plan. Of-course if you have auto pay enabled then again just go to your account page and disable it. Hope this works for you.

@JaneXia  you mean cancel your account? If so, log into My Account and remove Autopay turn off the subscription payments. OR, call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to remove Autopay. 

90 days in non pay status your account closes.
