Hi!!!

My data has stopped working. 
What’s strange is that on my public app it says that I’ve used 1GB out of 7GB. However, on the website version it shown that I’ve used 6GB out of 6GB. I don’t understand which one is accurate.

If you are logged into your phone, pull down from the top of the page and it should refresh.

If you're on a PC, go to your browser settings and clear the cache. Then restart your browser and log in using Incognito mode. That should refresh the most accurate or very close.

@Mimijacq  Sometimes the website and the app are out of sync.  Try pulling the page down in the app to refresh it and see if it still says the same thing.
