All good. I do hope PM figures out what's causing this problem. Seems to be an issue for a lot of folks. Seen a lot of posts about it. I just can't figure why it's only affecting certain people. I'm just thankful my phone still works....

Not sure why you felt the need to reply to my comment. If you read it .... @Fatima079 suggested resetting the phone. Resetting the network like what you suggested in your first post is one thing and a very common suggestion here for all of us that we make. But resetting the entire phone, not a suggestion anyone should be making here.

while it could be network issue, but I just helped a friend with Reset Network Settings. So @Chucke , better try that first before you submit ticket with support as they will ask you to do that anyway

I would NOT suggest resetting your phone. That isn't the problem. It's Public Mobile. There are back end issues right now.

please try reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
