stopping automatic payments

I had a subscription with public mobile earlier. I lost the phone some time ago. Its on auto renewal but I cant log in to the account to stop the payments. Wondering if somebody can help with this? Thanks!

@mukund22111   Have you tried selecting "didn't get the code" at the page where you enter the number sent by text?  It should give you other options to get the log in code, (email, voice message).  Then you can toggle off "subscribed" to stop the autopay.

Hey there, you will need "subscribed" to be toggled off, which is what PM calls autopay.
