Special Plans for Loyal Customers

Hi, how can I please get the special offers (loyal customer)?

HI @hitcher   Joining the Community is a great advise, but honest, not for offer but just for latest news from PM.  There is really nothing much in terms of offer for exiting loyal customers.  They do have Holiday bonus for the last 3 years and some mid-year bonus for selected province.

You can join the community and there are great offers that you can get.

The only offer on PM for Loyality customers is a $1 off/month/year bill for each year you are with them.

Loyalty dollars and freebie like bonus data/int'l long distance minutes every now n then. 

Last freebies were in dec. who knows there could be something on Canada day too 😉

For existing customers, virtually the only special offer or promotions now occur during the Christmas / New Years period when there is usually free data and international calling minutes add-on's gifted.

@mdesswein  - Although some providers may offer discounts or special extra services/addons for cell phone plans; here at Public Mobile there is no bargaining with a loyalty or retention department.

What is available is what you see on Public Mobile's website and your self serve account.

Keep checking in with the community and see if anything ever comes up. You never know. Sometimes PM will offer certain customers some freebies; and sometimes all customers (like at xmas time). 

But, if you are looking for price breaks, these may only appear in the form of new plans being offered. If better plans come out, you will not be upgraded automatically..the onus is on the customer to change plans themselves or check out any inmarket offers/plans.

@mdesswein   Sorry, no special offers for existing customers.   We do get Christmas bonus annually. 

All the promotions offers are for new activation only. This is the general practice in this industry. So, you are encourage to jump from carrier carrier to take advantage of the different offers with different providers.  Luckily porting is allowed and make life easier to switch.

There are no special offers for existing customers no matter how long are you with PM besides loyalty reward for those who signed up to this year.

@mdesswein , there are no loyalty plans.  There's loyalty rewards that help to discount regular plans.
