I wanted to know if I can retrieve a voicemail from November 17th, 2021.  I require it to start a legal case.  Are you able to send me a copy?

If you listened to the message and didn’t press 7 to delete. The message will be archived.

If you pressed 11 to delete then it is long gone.

Unfortunately pm's voice mail service only saves messages for 10 days unless you manually save them yourself.
