So what happened to the fall promo plan?

My plan just got renewed and it still keep the same old plan. what happened. Any1 has same problem?

@zmh1175  Contact the mods, known issue, they can dfeinitly resolve it.  Keep the below in mind for private messaging them.  As well as the new timelines for issues being resolved.  As long as you still ahve surface I wouldn't go nuts
