Anyone else not getting their third month free, and then told later they do not get it even after ticket inquiry. I wasted a lot of my time trying to figure out just how to ask for my third month free , which I felt I should not have to do, but I am told I do not get it . SO.
I am now with Freedom mobile , a bit better plan at the same price with my first 6 months at half price. Hopefully they will honor the special.
I am just back to having a cell phone after 7 year not having one, since VIrgen mobile was sold to BCE, and thus made me a guinea pig to send to some other company to sign a more expensive contract. Not fun to run into trouble so soon.

It doesn't seem to be a common problem. I do remember one person questioning this and they were referred to customer service but I'm not sure what the outcome was. The third month free was very limited as far as I recall, did you keep a screenshot of the plan showing that it had that promotion? As @DennyCrane noted also, if you changed to a different plan the third month free would be lost.

What was the reason? Did you change your plan? If so, that promo is no longer applicable.

did you ask them via ticket? i know you said you did, but what was the reason they cannot give you 3rd month free?
