After I kept logging on and off the 4th time, my account information was refreshed and the bonus information reapppeared

No I did not switch plans and still cannot see the data bus and international talk time in my account. I will open a cs ticket. Thanks

@EWAY1 Did you change plans recently ? If not, try logging out of the app and back in, clearing your cache, and/or using private browser mode to see if your extras are still there. If still not, please open a ticket with a Cs_Agent to investigate further. Best of luck, and keep the thread up to date if you find the answer. Hope this helps
