Hi I'm getting the "7B1 my phone is not active on the network"
Is there a fix I can do? Or do I need someone from Puplic to reset?

Start a ticket with a CS_Agent and they will refresh your number.

Try resetting your network settings and reboot the phone. If that doesn't work, create a ticket.
