How come your dumpster fire of a site won't process my credit card? Do you not want my money? Why can't I even pay? Your site screws up and I lose my phone, thanks.

I see you have multiple posts will similar issues. Frustrating sounding, for sure.
If other tips and tricks are not helping, have you contacted CSA as suggested by others in your posts?

I have to agree with you, the site has gotten lots of complaints in the past several weeks (EDIT: months!!) with horrible caching issues related to its operation.
It’s gotten to the point where some of users had to go out and purchase public mobile payment vouchers at one of many retail locations just to keep services.
I hope public mobile is working to resolve these issues as caching likely represents close to 50% of all issues brought to this forum.

@dstrelioff you might want to wait a full hour before trying again
Also, you can try to use *611 to load fund. Using *611 needs your 4 digits PIN, but you can reset it in My Account's Profile page
If you want to use My Account site to try again, please try to use Incognito mode or try on another browser or another device
