I am still waiting to hear back from CS_Agent about a credit on SIM cards purchased.  Sent a PM on Monday and again yesterday????

Not sure why there's no response back

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

sim card delivery could be long.  Ask support agent  to check.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

it's been known to take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Look on Amazon for FAST delivery.
