Thinking of signing up and coming over from Koodo .. going down South for a month or so .. would like to use PM on my old phone while there as a second phone and my current one as a work only phone while away. Then when I get back port the number over .. just wondering if there is any kind of restriction as to how soon a number needs to be ported over to PM after signing up?

your old Kodoo account has to be Active in order to port to PM. Otherwise you can port in whenever you wish as long as that acct is still active.

You can port any time, as long as the number is still active with your previous provider.

@Simonpeter No time limit . You can port a number in on your PM account anytime you like . Can be years later the option is in the profile page of your account to transfer number over
