Overcharged

Hello,

On febraury 6, I paid for a 3 months plan package 102$ (well around 81 after the rewards and all that). Then on february 29 I switched plans and paid 34$.

When and how i'm getting the price difference applied ? It's a bit more of 2 months from the first plan.

Thanks

HI @g-vbeltran  yes, you probably used a Change Now request for change plan.  With that, you allowed PM to charge you the new plan and start it immediately, but no partial refund for the old plan

however, since it was a 3 months plan, we heard support usually are nice that they can do something, check with them.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
