  • Hi, i purchased a plan online and ordered the sim which i didn't received even after 10 days. How can i contact public Mobile or get my refund?

You can only message Customer Support..there's no traditional call center type of support. There's us in the PM Community Forum for support though. Usually much smarter, faster and always available to you in the Forum.

added...for evidence...just look at how quickly your initial question was picked up and replied to. We know from past experience that it could take 3 weeks for delivery. If you have questions, we're the first line for answers. If your issue is account related, we'll guide you to message Customer Support as we can't help with that. AND...I forgot mention we're even better looking than traditional call center support..well...except for @Handy1  !!

if there's a Mobile Klinik near you, go get a PM sim and activate a new account. Then, when account is up and running, message Customer Support for credit to your account for that sim you bought.

Also, be aware that currently eSim  is available for gratis, as long as your cellphone will work with esim, that would work too.

I wanted to port my previous number, so meanwhile what can I do my bill is due there?

you won't likely get a refund. It could take up to 3 weeks for your sim to arrive. Be patient and it'll get there.

What exact date did you order the SIM card?  It takes up to 10 business days to arrive.  So about 2 weeks.  

If more than 10 business days, submit a ticket for customer service agent help.  Either via the chatbot or the following link:
