I ordered a Sim card online May 7, 2023 paid $5.60 but did not receive it. DO NOT SEND-pls credit amount to July phone bill.
I am senior. I do not want automatic pay. Please revert to texting me on 26th of each month to pay which I have proved to you for the past year, I did diligently. Thank you.

@Juli1 Also PM is 30 day cycle so it won’t alway be on the 26th of month it will continually change dates every 30 days

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect

Yes, sim card delivery could be as many as 3 week.
you have to check with support to see what they can do with the situaton
1. Open ticket via Chatbot at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Then click "Contact Us". Finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ " and you can open the ticket
