Input my money on my account and device has not resumed

Hey they rebootedrebooted the network and seems to be working🤞i thank everyone for their replies and am happy no one will lose sleep over my issues lol

Yes I've reset phone...it took my 25 and is saying my service is good for a month but nothing...it allows ever 6 to 10 calls go through but when it doesn't connect it says I'm out of minutes..which makes no sense..thanks for your help everyone

If you're on the $25 plan it should be unlimited mins so you shouldn't be out of mins.  These are calls within Canada?  If they are, get in touch with a CS Agent.

 

If these are international calls you may be out of mins and need to buy an addon for more international mins.  International addons cost $15 and depending where you need to call determines the amount of time the $15 gives you.

 

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.

Its active...it's saying my service will renew in a month but when I make a call it says I'm out of minutes. But I've never used minutes it's set up for 25 a month. Every 6 calls go through..it's very frustrating

@Trevor100  As other have already mentioned you might just need to reboot your phone … if that doesn’t work sign into your my account and see if the available funds are just sitting in account if so make manually payment and reactivate the plan

@Trevor100 Does the account show as active?  Have you rebooted your phone?  Try to call 611 from the device and see what the account status is.
