Hi,
I've heard that a specific phone has to be recognized by the company or network for full 5G service to work, I have a OnePlus 13 that I bought from OnePlus Canada, so I assume it should work fully? I see 5G on my phone but not the 5G+ I used to see on my Samsung. Can someone clarify?

Your OnePlus 13 is compatible with 5G, 4G/LTE and 3G on PM.
The PM whitelist for phones on VoLTE while you are in the USA.

The VoLTE I know works, I have the icon show up on the phone, and I've had no issues with network speed, it was just more of a curiosity if anything, personally I've just never seen 5G+,but 5G is all good

@Thecypriot On Public Mobile 5G limits the speed to a max of 250Mbps regardless of whether the phone shows 5G or 5G+. I have an iPhone and it does show 5G+ in some areas, 5G in others, and LTE only at my home (because the 5G signal isn't strong enough to penetrate the house walls). Your bigger issue with OnePlus might be VoLTE since there are no OnePlus phones on PM's whitelist. There have been reports that the settings can be tweaked to enable it but it's likely not enabled by PM by default.
