How do I set up a "my account"

hi @Rubesraposo did you activate in store before?

 

if you activate online yourself, My Account should have already setup.

 

But you can submit ticket for PM to check and set up one for you

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Rubesraposo  Activating a SIM card is what sets your account up using the same email and password you used to activate SIM card … unless you activated in store awhile back and never created a my account then you would need support to help you create a my account

Or while your already here and logged in the community

You'll need.a SIM to begin with and follow the wizard.  Through this process you can select a new number of choose to port an existing number.
