The other option in closing your account is to login to your account and disable Subscribe (AutoPay) and your account will be suspended. After 90 days of suspension (nonpayment), your account will be closed.

hi @Horsthief
if you have not closed your account yet, submit a ticket and ask PM to remove your credit card. If there is no credit card, they cannot renew your plan.
If you have already closed the account, you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC, enter yoru number. If you cannot find it, then yes, account closed

Simple. You can port out your number, that automatically closes it. Log into your account and turn off autopay.
