Hello, it's too much and i am losing everything simply because i can't be reached while my account is active for nearly a week. Would you be willing to give me back my march money so that i can switch to another service provider?

What kind of issue do YOU have? Some customers did report short outages during last week.

PM does not provide refund being pre-paid service.

@mmucaila , there has been issues with calling on some accounts since late last week.  It is possible that your account is affected.  A CSA should be able to sort this out.  Please reach out to them as already suggested.

Seems you need to contact customer support asap to get services up and running.

More details would be helpful, such as did you port a number over to public mobile recently? Incoming calls can be a sign of a stuck port, so may need to take steps to correct this.

Is there number porting involved?  Incoming calls don't work until porting has completed.

  did you try reboot your phone?

 

there has been issue with voice and PM supposed to have fixed it, maybe you are still impated.

 

Open ticket with PM support so they can check

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

I can make a call after 3 or 4 attempts but i can't receive any call. 

@mmucaila , there appears to be a system issue that is affecting a number of accounts.  Please use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket.  A CSA will be able to resolve this problem with your account.

Did you recently ask for a phone number to be transfered to Public Mobile?  If so, incoming calls not working would be an indication that number porting hasn't completed.  This can take a few hours for wireless to wireless transfers.
