I am really really really frustrated. I had to change my email to sign in as a new customer to come here to ask for HELP. I paid for my service last night, got my sim cart today and finally was able to transfer my number from Koodoo by the help of the agent. But I can't make any call or receive any SMS because I receive the message that I haven't paid and first I have to pay. This is like nightmare to me.
