Service is not working properly for months and I've tried submitting submitting "tickets"

data cuts out constantly, phone calls don't come in while I'm watching someone call me, phone calls are dropped, text messages don't go through. These problems have been happening for months and I demand a resolution. I've tried every which way to get into contact with anyone that's customer service to no end. I'm absolutely beyond angry and if I don't get atleast 2 months free I'm going to launch formal complaints against the company and do everything in my power to bring to light public mobiles theft and patronizing attitude towards its customers. Like ME
