What is the issue that you are having. Sometimes it is quicker on this Community to give you a possible solution.
is this how you try to open ticket with Chatbot??
Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
The website has caching issues. You can clear cache, incognito mode or try a different web browser.
If that still does not work, you can private message CS_Agent. Supposedly, it does take a bit longer to respond than ticketing.
