Hi, my service ins on hold because my due date is July 31, 2024. I tried to pay online since yesterday but it says they can't process at the moment. I already update my account to auto pay. Thanks

2. try using Public Mobile app

if they both fail, and you want to get the service back first, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart, load the voucher using *611
