Thanks @Handy1 . Priority had made a deal out of this a while ago. I guess they fixed it.

@dust2dust They should see it . My daughters does and I just signed her up last week and actually changed it because we never had an opportunity to set it up on activation . It’s like it just choose one for us . So I made it to something we would remember

OP can change this themselves thou in their account to wha ever 4digit pin they like . No need to send message to support for that

It's possible that new accounts don't see the pencil mentioned. Once logged in go here:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin
Let us know if the problem is that you can't log in.

@Osas1law1 It’s in your account profile page tap the pencil next to the PIN password and you can change to what ever you like it to be .

Are you talking about the PIN to get into your voicemail?

Log into your account. Click on Profiles. Then you'll see this window. Click on the pencil.
