hi @Eleoju
if you have a new sim card but on an old account and see the Send email also, then you already done the first time validation and no worry about that.
but, when you are ready to change your sim card, bring with you the phone. Put the new sim in the phone, Go to My Account to change sim card, reboot the phone and test the new sim. Once confirmed the new sim card is working, logout and try logging in from another browser to confirm you still have the Send email option after clicking Didn't receive code (or Resend code). Only put the sim card in the security camera after cofirming

I was afraid of that. I have a new sim and wanted to change the sim number on my account.
The security camera is 4 hours away so I won’t be able physically get to in for awhile and the camera is not working.

Resend code or Didn't receive code both will get to that options. I think on the app, it shows Resend code, on browser, it shows Didn't receive code
so, you are all good now?

I did give the option for email but it wants both email and txt.
The option doesn’t come up saying didn’t receive code. Only resend code.

HI @Eleoju
you need to have one validation with text and then thereafter, you can use email or voicemail to receive the code
if you have not got that first time validate via sms, you will need to take the sim out and put it back into a phone to complete that process
However, if you have got that first time validation via sms already, then you should be able to receive the text by email or voicemail. Just click Didn't Receive Code and then Send email or Send voicemail (use VM only if you have a voicemail pin). If you see neither choices, that mean you didn't have the first time validation via sms, so you have no choice but to take the sim back to a phone to complete the required process
