I purchased a subscription yesterday. However when I was activating the service and installing the esim through the app I got an error. I did not receive activation email with esim QR code.
Since then I have been locked out of my account because the OTP gets sent to the new number that did not get activated. I can't login, despite having a registered email and phone number. What kind of poor security and user experience planning is it to send OTPs to inactive phone numbers, despite having a valid registered phone number on profile.
Your customer service interface and chatbot are terrible. No one responds to private messages sent to CS_Agent.I can't even see the messages I sent to be able to track anything.
Is this a large scale scam Telus is running?
How do I get the activation email with esim QR code?

I have the same issue with app and then browser blocks repeatedly. sent a ticket at 9, then another at noon when no answer, now still no answer and flight leaves soon, had zero issue with nomad app.. makes no sense.. also updated phone reset password multiple times downloaded app from browser after deleting, as it would not download from QR in email either...

@AkshayKapur To see the messages you sent tap the V beside the Inbox for a drop down with the Sent folder. Normally you can tap "didn't get the code" for email and voicemail alternatives for the OTP but that usually isn't available to start with
