Season bonus

I received a Season bonus from P Mobile ( 500min intern.calls), but my account shows only 300min ( out of which more than 100min have been used already - but I did not use them 😞

How could I recover the missing 200min plus 100 min ?! Thanks

HI @Yonge23140   you see the bonus data as well?

 

you should see two addons like this: 

2GB      2GB one-time data bonus

500 mins          500 one-time Int'l LD bonus
 
 
Anything else are not related to this Season bonus
 
You can first click the Refresh spinner
If still not see the two lines, use Private/Incognito/Secret mode to login My Account again  
 
Last, open ticket with CS agent to get them add it back for you

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

The holiday add on shows 300/500min left? Or the add on is 300min entirely? Were your holiday gifts added automatically or thru customer support? It sounds like you have the $15/300 international minutes add on rather than the promotional holiday gift? A screenshot of the add on would be very helpful.

You should see 2GB and 500 int. mins on your account if bonus has been added properly. Try to refresh your account page.

 

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@Yonge23140  the 300 mins you see must be a different bonus addon , it could be browser cache issue

 

Pleae login My Account again using incognito mode to assure you get the updated correct info

 

if still not see the bonus, please open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you
