..interesting, the page updated about the lenght of the roaming (from 10 to 15), but it still kep AT&T as the roaming partner, while almost all of those who tried confirmed that we cannot connect to AT&T at all.

@Abraham1 - are you in the USA? Roaming addons are for use only whilst in USA.
Please let us know more of the issue so we can try and help.

@Abraham1 Also if your trying to re buy there very same US add on you have to wait 12-24 hours after the first one ends to re buy very same US add on or you can choose a different US add on … support however can manually put the re buy of the very same add on with out any delay

@Abraham1 what kind of roaming did you get? voice or data?
data is probably easier to connect, voice might be harder
First make sure you are connected to T-Mobile. If it is not, try to manually connected to it
If you have data , make sure you enable Mobile Data roaming on your phone
