Roaming not working in USA

  • I purchase roaming ad-on on Monday. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and didn’t work. While troubleshooting, I only received a message from Public Mobile offering roaming services. I’m going back to Canada tomorrow. Is there any way to get a refund for the $15 + tax that I paid for this service that never worked?

Thank you all for your support. I followed all the instructions and it never worked. I’m back in Canada. Waiting answe for my refund request.

Hi @Mia120,

You will need to connect to AT&T or T-Mobile network on your Network Selection for service in the USA. One network might be stronger than the other based on wherever you are located so try switching between both to see which is faster! 

To enable the roaming option you will need to go to your Settings and enable Data Roaming.

@Mia120  reboot your phone and Put you phone to LTE and select T mobile or AT&T also ensure you have data roaming turned on in phone settings see if this helps . Also does you phone support voLTE do you know . But if it just won’t work you can request a credit by submitting ticket with support

you could ask for credit to your account for the failed add-on. Message the CSA and ask.
