Roaming in US and texting photos

I bought the US talk, text, data plan and just arrived.

While I can text SMS, I can't receive photos and my roaming doesn't work ... Any ideas?

Texting out?
Yes you might think that but have you actually checked the account? maybe the phone did a whole data dump to a cloud account or something.
It would be useful to verify the calling function. Call your husband, see if it works. Remember the 1 in front.
So the phone does have 5G. And you did set it to 4G LTE?
It said you have to download? or your husband said you have to download. The word "attachment" might also mean something else. Are you sure he's sending you a pic through texting? Or email?

Haha no one to phone yet, but yes SMS texts.

There's better be data left! I only got here last night.

My phone use 5G at home.

My husband sent me an attachment said I have to download it, but that never happens..... Just uses up battery power

Can you otherwise make calls and send real sms texts (not using RCS)?
Is there any data left in that 3gb? I guess it says 13/15 days but what about the data quantity?
Does the phone even have a 5G setting?
When someone sends you an MMS do you get the pre-notification? Then it doesn't download when you tap it?

Log in to your account (on a laptop preferably) just to make certain that you successfully loaded the correct add-on. By all accounts it should be working properly for you by now. Did you have this add-on before today ?

Nope. Still no roaming connectivity. Guess I'm stuck without it.

try connect to AT&T again but change network mode from Automatic (or 5G) to LTE.  You seems to be connecting to AT&T but with AT&T , they only able to provide LTE service for PM roaming customers

make sure Roaming Data is enabled in phone settings.

Did that. No change. T Mobile shows LTE+ and that ! in the connection triangle. 

Att shows 5G with the connectivity flickering off and on

try Reset all networks/Reset Network Settings once, then try manually connect to T-Mobile and AT&T

try to also manually connect to AT&T

T Mobile auto selected. I bought the $30 US plan for 15 days

I had not rebooted, sm attached to T Mobile and when I turn roaming on, I get a ! Next to the triangle thing

@Grets  Do you have data roaming turn on in your phone settings ? And are you connected to T mobile or AT&T and reboot  the phone

Turn on roaming data. Turn on cell data. Set networks to 4G LTE.
What about calls?

First of all, which plan did you purchase?  Any more details would be very helpful.

Have you tried to choose T Mobile?
