I live in Canada. I have a Canada-US plan. I will be travelling to the USA. Am I good to go without add-on or a roaming package? Is there a way to email Public Mobile?
Thank you.

@Kim8842 What plan do you have? For the most part your service will not work in the US by default. You either need a Canada/US plan (right now the cheapest option is $65/month outside of Quebec) or a 15 day US roaming add-on.

the others have provided link to message Customer Support instead of email...BUT...you first line for asking questions is here in the Community Forum. If you have any difficulty's with your plan, come here to start the process and I'm sure we can help before Customer Support can. As suggested by @Phil_Adelphus , your best talk experience will be had if your cellphone is volte enabled. If you let us know which phone you're using, we can tell you if it is or not.

@Kim8842 You will get the best results on voice calls if you have a VoLTE capable and enabled phone. Is your phone on the PM VoLTE list?

If you need to contact support, i suggest doing so as soon as possible as ive been waiting 10 days for a response.

You will not need a roaming package if you have a Canada-U.S Plan. Although there isn't an email address as far as I know, you can notify CS_agent if you have any questions by clicking this link.

For service in US, you should be good if you have the Canada-US plan
Make sure Data roaming in enabled on your phone
try to connect to AT&T or T-Mobile (you might need to manually connect if automatic doesn't work)
If you have voice problme, try manually connect to T-Mobile and see if the 2G network helps
