Roaming add on

I purcased ther Roaming Addon and it is not working. How do I activate it?

You don't need to activate it, you need to turn on cell data roam.

What error you got?  you tried connected to both T-Mobile and AT&T?

If you see that US add-on on your account that means it is active. But your chances to get any service in US are very slim as US shot down 3G.

@fcave   you don't need to do anything to "activate" but you need to try to connect to the proper network

Which US addon you got? Data? or anything with voice?

Try reboot the phone once

Then at network selection, try to manually connect to T-Mobile and see if it connects (If not , try to do AT&T IF YOUR ROAMING addon DOES NOT HAVE VOICE) 

If your roaming addon has data, make sure your Roaming Mobile Data is enabled on your device
